This course will focus on the five core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and interpersonal skills. You and your learner will develop and implement these competencies to enhance relationships in work and life by increasing the understanding of social and emotional behaviors, while learning how to adapt and manage the responses to particular situations.
